2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Orlanya website by consumers or professional customers.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTCS, the Shipping Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy.
3. Products
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Orders
The customer selects the desired products and confirms the order after reviewing the order summary.
The sale is considered final and binding once payment has been validated.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, proven fraud, or payment anomaly.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering and is made through secure payment methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated between 10 and 20 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
Maximum Delivery Time
In any event, delivery will take place no later than 35 business days from order confirmation.
In the event of a delay exceeding this period, the customer is entitled to the rights set out in the Shipping and Refund Policy.
Responsibility
R-Commerce LLC remains responsible for the proper execution of delivery until the product is effectively received by the customer.
Any customs duties or import taxes outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, customers residing in the European Union benefit from a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
This right of withdrawal is granted solely to comply with mandatory consumer protection regulations.
The sale remains valid and binding from the moment payment is confirmed.
Acceptance of a withdrawal request by the seller constitutes a voluntary commercial concession and does not affect the validity of the contract.
8. Returns and Refunds

This policy forms an integral part of these GTCS.
9. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure.
In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the obligations set out in these GTCS, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
