SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Information

The website Orlanya is operated by R-Commerce LLC, a company incorporated under United States law (Limited Liability Company – LLC), offering products for sale to customers located in Europe and internationally.

This policy describes the conditions applicable to shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds for orders placed on the Orlanya website.


2. Orders and Delivery

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after payment validation. Each order constitutes a delivery commitment on the part of R-Commerce LLC.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated between 10 and 20 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

These timeframes include order processing, logistical handling, and final delivery.

Exceptional Events

Certain events beyond the control of R-Commerce LLC (customs procedures, administrative inspections, strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or logistical constraints) may exceptionally result in extended delivery times.
In such cases, the customer will be informed. R-Commerce LLC remains responsible for the proper execution of the delivery.

Maximum Delivery Time

If the order is not delivered within a maximum period of 35 business days from the date of order confirmation, the customer may, at their choice:

  • request cancellation of the order and a full refund, provided that the product has not yet been received; or

  • choose to wait until delivery.

Before Shipment

If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation may be accepted and will result in a refund.

After Shipment (Order in Transit)

In the event of cancellation of an order already in transit, the refund will be processed only after interception of the parcel or after actual receipt of the returned product.

If the parcel is delivered despite the cancellation request, the customer agrees to refuse delivery or return the product in order to allow the refund to be processed.
No refund will be issued until the risk of product receipt has been neutralized.


4. Delivery Address and Errors

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of ordering.

R-Commerce LLC shall not be held liable for incorrect addresses, incomplete or inaccessible addresses, or parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

In the event the parcel is returned for any of these reasons, the customer may:

  • request reshipment (additional fees may apply); or

  • request a refund, less the initial shipping costs.


5. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with applicable European regulations, customers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

6. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be in perfect condition,

  • not have been used,

  • be returned, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products, non-conforming products, or errors attributable to R-Commerce LLC.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of return for hygiene or personalization reasons, in accordance with applicable legislation. Such exclusions are specified on the product page where applicable.


7. Loss, Non-Receipt, or Delivery Incident

In the event of parcel loss, proven non-receipt, or an incident preventing effective delivery, R-Commerce LLC will offer either a reshipment or a full refund, without requiring the return of the product when it cannot be received by the customer.


8. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment, within a reasonable period after validation of the request or after receipt of the returned product, as applicable.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or in the event of an error attributable to R-Commerce LLC.
